O Allah, send blessings upon Muḥammad and the Family of Muḥammad, and upon the believers—the fearful, hungry, oppressed, killed, humiliated, expelled, few group. O Allah, hasten their relief, and make firm their feet and the feet of the believers and their hearts upon the loyalty (Walayah) to Your friends and the enmity to Your enemies. Give them patience over harm in Your side and in following Your obedience. Make for them famous days and mentioned times, as You guaranteed for Your friends in Your revealed Book, saying: {Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession in the land just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me.}
O Allah, send blessings upon Muḥammad and upon the Family of Muḥammad. O Lord, O Master, O Knower of the secret and the private counsel, and what was and what will be before it is. You commanded supplication and guaranteed the answer, for You said, Exalted are You: {And when My servants ask you concerning Me, indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me and believe in Me that they may be [rightly] guided.} Then You reproached peoples in Your Noble Book, saying to them: {Call upon those you claimed besides Him, for they do not possess the [ability for] removal of adversity from you or [for its] transfer.} We do not know a Lord other than You to call upon, nor a God other than You to hope in, nor a Name other than Muḥammad and his Persons (Ashkhas) to use as a means to You. They are Your Beautiful Names and Your Supreme Examples, for whom You, O my Master, are the Meaning, and they are Names for You. You said, Exalted are You: {And to Allah belong the best names, so invoke Him by them.} We have invoked You by them as You commanded us, and we have dissociated from Your enemies and their enemies.
O Living, O Self-Subsisting, O One whom neither drowsiness overtakes nor sleep. I am Your servant, fearful of You, returning to You, asking of You, relying upon You, and seeking refuge in Your courtyard. Accept my supplication, hear my private counsel, and make me among those whose deed You are pleased with, whom You guided, whose ritual You accepted, whom You saved by Your mercy, whose faith You established, and whose offering You accepted. Indeed, You are the Exalted, the Bestower.
