"It also came in the books of the Naṣībah"
From Ka‘b ibn Mālik, the Messenger of Allah (may his glory be exalted) said: "When Allah promised Moses that He would speak to him, he went out at the time He promised. While he was conversing with his Lord, he heard a sound behind him. He said: 'My God, I hear a sound behind me.' He said: 'Perhaps your people have gone astray.' He said: 'My God, who led them astray?' He said: 'Al-Sāmirī led them astray.' He said: 'By what did he lead them astray?' He said: 'He fashioned for them a calf, a body that had a lowing sound.' He said: 'My God, this Al-Sāmirī fashioned the calf for them, so who breathed the spirit into it until it had a lowing sound?' He said: 'I, O Moses.' He said: 'So by Your Glory, no one led my people astray but You.' He said: 'You have spoken the truth.' He said: 'O Wise of the Wise, it is not befitting for a wise one to be wiser than You.'"1
So this voice of lowing was for the trial, and the voice of the head was for the trial. There is no harm in that, and no miracle [proving death] in that...
Saying that the Humanity (Nasut) Was Killed Without the Divinity (Lahut)
Among what the Negligent boast about is that what was killed in Karbalā’ was the humanity (Nasut) of Al-Ḥusayn (may his glory be exalted), not his divinity (Lahut).
We say, and Allah is the Granter of success: It is known that no possessor of a soul is killed but that the killed one is his humanity, not his reality. If an enemy of Allah were killed, only his body would be killed, while his reality remains being tormented. So, this inference by the Negligent is very weak.
It is known, as we explained previously, that Al-Ḥusayn (may his glory be exalted) and his companions did not taste the touch of iron, neither its heat nor its cold. So, what is the purpose or wisdom of killing a person who does not feel or see any pain from killing and torture?
