This noble report resembles the report we mentioned earlier from Madinat Al-Ma'ajiz, concerning the apparent aspect, and how God sits with Al-Husayn and shakes His hand.

From Muhammad ibn Sinan, peace comes from him, from Al-Mufaddal ibn Umar, peace comes from him, our Mawlana Al-Sadiq, exalted is His glory, said: When Al-Husayn, exalted is His glory, and His companions were prevented from the water of the Euphrates, He called out to them: 'Is there anyone thirsty? Let him come!' They came to Him one by one. He placed His thumb on His palm, and water burst forth from His thumb. He said: 'Drink!' The men continued to drink one after the other until they were all quenched. Some of them said to others: 'By God, I have drunk a drink that no one in the entire world has ever drunk!'” When Al-Husayn's companions were killed and His killing was made to appear so to them (it was a Friday at noon, the Day of Ashura), Al-Husayn, upon His remembrance be peace, seated His companions one by one, calling them by their names and the names of their fathers. They would answer with the Talbiyah (response) and sit down. He continued doing this until He had seated the last of them, and they surrounded Him. Then He called for the tablecloth (Ma'idah), and it was set. He fed them and ate with them from the food of Paradise, and He gave them to drink from its beverage. Our Mawlana Al-Sadiq, exalted is His glory, said: 'By God, a number of Kufans saw them! And He returned them repeatedly if they had intellect!' Then He commanded them to go to the Radwa Mountains to eat from its food and drink from its beverage. They are spirits but have the forms of bodies, until the rising of Al-Qa'im Al-Mahdi. May God ease our sight of him, Amen, O Lord of the Worlds!1

This report is similar to an apparent report that we previously mentioned.

Abdullah, the brother of Al-Hurr Al-Riyahi, who was present with our Mawlana Al-Husayn, exalted is His glory, at Karbala on the day of Al-Tufuf, said: When the army of the wrongdoers marched and ordered the duel with our Master Al-Husayn, exalted is His glory, I fled from Kufa, complaining and weeping. I cried out in the wilderness and headed towards Ain Al-Tamr and its surroundings, awaiting relief.
