And the recurrence of the believers is only due to the ugliness of their deeds. Do you not see that a human does a deed in some of his shirts [bodies] deserving that he be returned in a shirt nobler than that shirt, and wider in knowledge and gnosis, and more abundant in wealth, status, and slaves? So he is returned in that shirt, then the temperament that contains stinginess and miserliness towards his brothers with his worldly goods presents itself to him, so he deserves to be returned in a humiliated, poor, dark, recurring shirt, and perhaps he is veiled in it from Gnosis. And were it not for that, there would be no believer on the face of the earth.

And his recurrence is only by his deserving [result of] what he did with his brothers, and his reward is according to what he does with them. God Almighty said: {And whoever is protected from the stinginess of his soul - it is those who will be the successful.}1 .

And what urges his soul towards knowledge, because the ignorant soul is turbid, and the knowing [soul] is transparent, luminous. And the believers ascend to purity, which is the World of the Intellect.
