Meaning: "I spend the night with my Lord, so He feeds me and gives me drink." Thus, he denied regarding himself, by this saying, eating and drinking. And [instances] like this are many; we have left them for brevity.

If you say: But Allah Almighty has said: (Muhammad is not but a messenger. [Other] messengers have passed on before him. So if he was to die or be killed, would you turn back on your heels?)¹. And He said on the tongue of Muhammad, Mighty is his Might: (Say, "I am only a man like you, to whom has been revealed...")².

And He said, narrating about the Messiah [Al-Masih]: (The Messiah, son of Mary, was not but a messenger; [other] messengers have passed on before him. And his mother was a supporter of truth. They both used to eat food)³.

And He said: (We had certainly sent Noah to his people)⁴.

And He said: (We have certainly sent messengers before you)⁵.

Then you say: The answer to it has preceded by his saying: "I am only a man like you."
