"On the Attribute and the Affirmation of the Meaning Indicated by it"

Know that the Attribute is divided into two parts: [Attribute of Eternity, and Attribute of Createdness].

As for the Attribute of Eternity, its description is without modality and without limit, and its proof is the manifestation of the Power.

And the Attribute of Createdness is witnessed by sights, limits, and directions: and it is the Anza'i Form (al-Surah al-Anza'iyya). The manifestation of Power from it is indicative of the Attribute of Eternity, negating from its Possessor that He is created, or subject to modality, or limited; rather, [He is] manifest and existing to existence and eyesight, as justice from Him, the Exalted, that He creates a creation and tasks them with worshipping a non-existent [being].

The locus of the Attribute of Createdness is the transition from state to state in manifestation through different forms in the Cycles (al-akwar) and the Eras (al-adwar). However, the Attribute of Eternity, its locus is the Sempiternity which is without modality, without limit, imperceptible, and insensible.
