So if the power becomes manifest, it is from Allah; and if the incapacity becomes manifest, it is from the human veil by which Muhammad was known, just as the bodies of creation are known. Therefore, it is permissible for a human to name Muhammad and Ali, but it is not permissible to name Allah; for Allah applies to the Divinity (al-Lahut), and Muhammad applies to the Humanity (al-Nasut) which spoke from God, and Ali applies to the Attribute that becomes manifest through Muhammad.

And Allah appeared from a God (Ilah) without separation and without partition, and to Him is His return. And the God (al-Ilah) is Ali, and Allah is Muhammad; and there is no difference between the God and Allah, and the meaning of the God is the meaning of Allah1 (Ali) is (Muhammad), and (Muhammad) is not (Ali), because the Power is intrinsic to the Meaning2 just as heat is intrinsic to fire; so if heat ceases from fire, it is no longer fire. And it [the Power] is from the Mim through the transference of manifestation.

And Muhammad is Allah by his attribution to the Power, and he is not Allah by his attribution to the Form3; and Muhammad applies to what you have witnessed.
