Do you not see the narrated report upon which the people agree, that Sakad1 (may Allah curse him) stood upon the pulpit and said: "O Sariya, turn your horses towards the mountain2" [Ya Sariya awyi khaylaka ila al-jabal].
And the acknowledgement of that clan that they heard his voice at that time, while there was a distance of three days' journey between him and that location?
Similar to this is his report regarding the Nile, when it diminished until the people complained to him, so he wrote upon a rag [shard] of stone and threw it into the water, and it flowed immediately. Does he perform all of that except by the capability that was with him originally?
And regarding him, he said: (By Your might, I will surely mislead them all)3,then he made an exception and said: (Except Your servants among them, the sincere ones)4. So Allah the Exalted said to him, demonstrating his inability regarding His sincere servants—and they are the People of Tawhid [Unitarians]: (Indeed, My servants, you have no authority over them)5.
