And were it not for the Wind, the fire of the stomach would not have inflamed.

And were it not for the Light, he would not see nor reason.

And were it not for the Wind, he would not go nor come nor move.

So if separation occurs between the spirit and the body, the Wind, the Fire, the Light, and the Water are returned to the first strips, and the body descends to the earth because it is from it.

And if the body corrupts in the world, it is because the Wind scatters the Water, so the Clay dries and becomes crumbs, and every thing is returned to its first substance. So whatever was from the soul of the believer, it is a Light supported by the Intellect.

And whatever was from the soul of the disbeliever, it is a darkness supported by Disbelief due to its transmutation.

And the second of them: The creation of Adam: meaning the People of the Ranks from the Lights which doubt did not enter. And this placed table is the subject of knowing the numbers of the Ranks and their people. And it is in the Book of [The Ranks and the Degrees].

And Muhammad ibn Shu'bah has presented it in his book known by it, [Realities of the Secrets of Religion].
