Because of his saying—Majestic is his mention: "Every sky is a chain."
Provision (al-Rizq) represents the esoteric sciences, and "whatever you are promised" in the exoteric sense (alZahir) refers to the Confirmed Form, which is the Person who appears as the Riser (al-Qa’im). "That is a Day for which mankind will be gathered, and that is a witnessed Day."

Let none of you doubt his prayer which Allah has made obligatory upon him —and Prayer is Gnosis of him. Let him ask his Lord to grant him Gnosis in every "House" (cycle/incarnation), and to rescue him from the authority of the Opposites (alAddad), and to grant him the luminous, pure Houses.
The Commander of the Faithful—Majestic is his mention— said: "Let none of you turn away from his prayer until he asks his Lord for Paradise, seeks His refuge from the Fire, and asks Him for the Houri with large eyes." The believer does not commit blasphemy by mentioning the Opposites [favorably] while among the commoners [out of Taqiyya], but if he believes in his heart in their authority and that is the saying of the Commander of the Faithful—Majestic is his mention: "Smiling does not interrupt the prayer, but guffawing (laughter) interrupts it"—and that [laughter] is the authority (Wilaya) of the Opposites.
