Do not say: "And they say, 'When is this promise, if you should be truthful?'"1. The most sudden [event] you shall face is when He whom you do not expect appears to you; and the Suddenness (al-Baghta) does not pass over a disbeliever, a polytheist, or a hypocrite but that it destroys and utterly annihilates him.

Whosoever Muhammad—Majestic is his mention—is his call, and submission linked to him is his proof, and the Commander of the Faithful—Majestic is his mention—is his God and his promise, then let him rejoice in mercy, pleasure, success, and forgiveness. If you forget anything of your religious affairs, then remember Allah with His true remembrance, and say: "And never is your Lord forgetful"2 . O Mentioner of Salsal and his teacher, O Originator of Muhammad and his establisher, Creator of names and forms, remind me of what I have forgotten of my religion, and grant me a relief and a way out in my affair. Do [this] for me and for my believing brothers, O Prince of the Bees; for You are as You have described Yourself by Yourself, where You said: "And never is your Lord forgetful"3.
